Description
In this three hour course our speaker will cover current 2023 Federal tax and other tax law changes for individual. We will review the new energy credits, SECURE Act 2.0, plus the challenges of basis compliance for our partner and S Corp shareholder Form 1040 clients, Form 7203 and K-2 & K-3.
Learning Objectives
1. Review 2023 Federal tax law for individuals and businesses.
2. Learn recent federal tax changes which will impact individuals and businesses for 2024 and beyond.
3. Develop tax planning options and client correspondence for new tax laws.
4. Understand challenges faced with 2023 tax returns and IRS regs or published materials impacting 2023 & 2024.
