Morning Session: Tax preparation rules, practices and procedures change constantly. What better time than just prior to filing season to focus on the law changes, court cases, regulations and ruling that evolved during 2023? This session will also include a reminder of the ethical responsibilities and changes to representation guidance for both enrollees and other return preparers.
Afternoon Session: This session will contrast and compare various aspects of Federal and California tax law, as it highlights the most important changes for 2023. The comprehensive coverage of Federal and California legislation includes conformity and nonconformity issues.

All Reservations as of 5:00 PM on the Thursday (January 4, 2024) before the event will be charged even if you are unable to make the event. A credit towards another event can be issued if notified prior to the deadline.
