Join us for an evening of treachery and taxation in this interactive mystery style presentation!
When a mysterious widow walks into your office asking for help with her tax returns it's up to you to unravel the clues and close the case.
Answer these and other heart-pounding questions:
- What IS the correct filing status?
- What happens to the Section 121 Exclusion?
- Is THAT taxable?
- What about California?
Learning Objectives
1) Analyze tax return documents.
2) Understand tax treatment and reporting requirements for:
- Equity Compensation
- Qualified Opportunity Zone Investments
- Section 121 Exclusion
3) Develop understanding of reporting and issues related to a deceased taxpayer.
