Description
The Tax Cuts & Job Act is expected to expire on December 31, 2025. What type of tax planning should we consider in light of the possible tax changes? This course will examine some tax planning strategies for consideration for 2024 and 2025 tax planning. Our bonus topics will be a discussion of two Supreme Court cases that have TCJA implications. We will also make our best guess at the possible tax proposals by the presidential candidates.
